The Velvenest is a compact home espresso machine built for one job: pulling a proper shot on your own counter. It exists for the mornings when the kettle-and-cafetière routine gives you coffee that tastes thin, and the walk to a café costs you twenty minutes you do not have.

It sits on the worktop beside the kettle, so making a coffee is the same two-minute habit you already have — grind, tamp, press. What changes is the cup: a full-bodied shot with a proper crema, ready before your toast is.

What do I actually get for the price?

You get the full piece as shown — the item itself, its original packaging, and our care card with the instructions for looking after it. There are no add-ons to buy afterwards and nothing is held back for a higher tier, so the price you see is the whole cost of owning it.

How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?

UK orders arrive in 3-5 business days. Shipping is £3.95, and it's free once your basket passes £50. Order before 2pm on a weekday and it leaves us the same day; anything later goes out the next working morning.

How do returns work, and how long do I have?

Yes, you can return it — you have 30 days from the day it arrives. To start one, email hello@velvenest.co.uk with your order number and we'll send you the return address and a label. Send it back in the condition it arrived and the refund goes to your original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving it.

How do I care for it so it lasts?

Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth — that's the one thing that matters most. Keep it out of prolonged direct sunlight, store it somewhere dry rather than a damp cupboard or bathroom, and avoid harsh household cleaners, which dull the finish. Treated that way it will hold its look for years rather than months.

Will it fit me?

It's made to a one-size-fits-most fit, so most customers order their usual size and it works. If you're between sizes or unsure, size up — the cut is generous and it sits better slightly loose than tight. Message us your measurements before ordering and we'll tell you honestly which way to go.
